Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Alpha Image Premium ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, what we don't collect, and how the service is designed to keep your data on your own device.

1. Summary

The honest summary, in one sentence: we don't upload, store, transmit, or analyze your images. Every editing operation runs entirely inside your web browser using HTML5 Canvas APIs. Your files never reach our servers because we don't have image-processing servers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate and improve a free public website:

  • Anonymous usage analytics (page views, browser type, country-level location). We do not collect IP addresses in identifiable form.
  • Server logs generated automatically by our hosting provider. These are routinely rotated and used solely for security and uptime monitoring.
  • Information you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email, message).

3. Information We Do Not Collect

  • The images you edit. These never leave your device.
  • Account information. We don't have accounts.
  • Payment information. The service is free.
  • Personal browsing history outside this site.

4. Local Storage

To improve your experience, we use your browser's localStorage to remember which tools you've recently used and how often, so we can surface them on the Tools dashboard. This data lives only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

5. Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for essential site functions and, where applicable, for anonymous traffic measurement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies that track you across the web. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties to deliver this site:

  • Hosting / CDN — to deliver the website files to your browser.
  • Web fonts — to render typography (Google Fonts).
  • Advertising networks (where applicable) — to display content-relevant ads on supporting pages.

These providers may process limited technical data (IP address, browser headers) to deliver their service. We choose providers with strong privacy commitments.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

Because your image data never leaves your device, the service inherently complies with cross-border data transfer restrictions for that data category. Limited technical data (analytics, server logs) may be processed in the country where our hosting provider operates.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port any personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold so little, most requests resolve in minutes. Contact us using the details on the Contact page.

10. Security

Even though we hold very little data, we apply industry-standard security practices to what we do store: TLS for all traffic, restricted internal access, and a documented incident response process.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or via an in-site notice.

12. Contact

For privacy questions, write to us via the Contact page.
