By accessing or using Alpha Image Premium (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alpha Image Premium. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All images you process remain entirely your own — we make no claim of ownership over your content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity.
• To process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• To process material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful.
• To attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
• To scrape, crawl, or automatically harvest data from the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Alpha Image Premium and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 40+ tool implementations, the design system, and the brand are ours; you receive a license to use them, not ownership.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you process with the Service. Because images never leave your device, we have no copy of, claim to, or ability to use your content for any purpose.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA IMAGE PREMIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Image Premium from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. The Service may also be discontinued at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and digital services laws of your jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of your residence, where consumer law permits.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
